FAQ.

• 1. How long does it take to build a website?

  The amount of time necessary to build a website can vary greatly depending on a number of factors, including the size and complexity of the site, its functionality, the amount of customization and design work required, if you create a custom website. So it may differ from one week’s work for a simple website based on a theme, to many months for a custom complex solution.

• 2. How much does a website cost?

  This is a common question, but no one can answer it properly without information about the particulars of what the website needs to be and which functionality it will bring. How large will it be? Does it require complex features and functions? Will it be a very simple web brochure or a complex online store? etc.

• 3. How does the payment process work?

  We have made the payment process as simple and reasonable for our clients as possible. At the beginning of the project, the customer will have to make a 50% prepayment.
  25% will be collected after we finish the work and inhouse QA and are ready to collect client’s feedback and do the needed changes .
  The remaining 25% will be paid once we complete the final work on the website and before deployment to the client’s environment.

• 4. Who will work with you during the project?

  You will communicate directly with the project manager, completely dedicated to your web project. As per your request, you may meet our developers on video calls, if you want to make sure they understand your needs in the best possible way. Usually, people engaged in a project: Project manager, Web designer, Web developer, QA manager.

• 5. Do you include price for domain name, hosting, CMS plans, paid plugins, paid images etc. in your offers?

  No, this is something that the client should buy separately and this amount is not included in our offers. But we always will remind you of these things, that you need to consider planning your budget for a website.

• 6. Which CMS/technologies do you use creating your websites?

  We work with the most popular CMS: WordPress, Webflow, E-Commerce ones (WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop), Wix and some headless CMS as per our clients request.
  We create web applications using React.js and Vue.js.
  And of course a lot of custom PHP.

• 7. When you create your website, are you using ready-to-use templates/themes?

  Usually, we try to avoid working with ready-to-use themes and templates and all of our work is completely custom design. So here, all the websites are custom made: https://bato.dev/projects
  But as per request of our clients we can work on the existing template/customize the theme.

• 8. Do you provide any guarantees for your websites?

  Of course we assure our clients in getting the best possible result that they expect.
  We provide up to 2 rounds of client’s revision for the web design stage and we have a warranty policy for all our websites, including bugfix and support.
